Reignwolf, moniker of hard rocker Jordan Cook, recently made a quick appearance in Cleveland at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, part of the museum's Summer in the City concert series. I had been looking forward to this show for quite some time—not only is Reignwolf a brilliant musician, but the concert series shows are completely free!
This year, I had a very unique and fortunate opportunity to photograph the 2014 Austin Reggae Fest. Everything about this trip was awesome, and was a lot of "firsts" for me. This was the first time I've ever traveled to Texas, the first time I've ever been asked to photograph an entire festival before—let alone on the other side of the country, and this trip was also the first time I've ever had the chance to shoot with my new full frame camera (the D610).
Welshly Arms, a local indie-rock quartet, recently made a splash in the Cleveland music scene after being featured in ThisisCLE's A Cleveland Anthem video. After listening to their discography more than a few times over, I definitely couldn’t pass up the chance to check them out for just $10 at the Beachland Ballroom last Saturday.
